The purpose of this Policy is to implement the Company’s mission – creating value through innovative investments, strategic business decisions and permanent partnership relations.

This Policy applies to all organizational units of the Company and is binding on all employees.

Continual improvement of the Company’s business activities;

Addoption of the process approach for the operation and improvement of the Quality Management System;

System approach to management – managing interrelated processes as a system;

Customer focus, regular monitoring and ensuring customer satisfaction;

Leadership at all management levels within the Company;

Engagement of employees at all levels in the improvement of the Quality Management System;

Evidence-based decision making to prevent unfounded decisions.

COMMITMENTS OF THE COMPANY’S TOP MANAGEMENT

Ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the Quality Management System;

Ensure continual compliance of business activities with the legislative requirements of the European Union and the Republic of Croatia, the requirements of international and national standards, requirements of investors, customers and other interested parties, as well as with the requirements of the Company’s documented information;

Ensure continual improvement of the Quality Management System, taking into account the needs and expectations of interested parties;
|

Enable systematic analysis of current and future customer requirements and expectations, as well as their satisfaction with the Company’s performance;

Ensure the development of the process approach and risk-based thinking;

Ensure the development and improvement of infrastructure and the use of new technologies;
|

Support a system approach to employee recruitment and competence development in order to ensure continual enhancement of employee professional training;

Ensure clear assignment of authorities and responsibilities through the Job Classification and Systematization;

Include employees in activities that ensure the effectiveness of the Quality Management System;

Ensure cost management;
|

Support employee proposals aimed at the development and improvement of the Quality Management System;

Provide the Company with resources necessary for its operations;
|

Preserve and maintain the Company’s reputation as a reliable business partner at a national and international level;

Communicate to employees the importance of effective quality management and conformity with Quality Management System requirements.

REQUIREMENTS FOR COMPANY EMPLOYEES

Fulfil objectives established by management and Top Management;

Comply with the requirements of the Quality Management System;

Submit proposals for improvement of business activities;
|

Identify nonconformities and take actions to eliminate their causes;
|

Continually improve professional knowledge and competence;
|

Implement actions to prevent the performance of activities that do not meet established requirements.
